Plants are all around us and are purposeful aspects of life; to every extent, we cannot do without plants.

The culturally significant plants are termed so because of the essential role they play in aspects of health and to life as a whole. They are used as medicines either for curing or preventing ailments and diseases or used as food, which is also healthy, nutritional. 1. Rice
